CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the LunaSol team members of LunaSol Med Spa. it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary/therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks of months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply.

  • Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of $50 (to be paid before another service appointment is scheduled)

  • "NO SHOWS" will be charged $50 (to be paid before another service appointment is scheduled)

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our LunaSol team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. LunaSol's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.​

MEMBERSHIP EARLY CANCELLATION

For early cancellation of membership contracts, clients will be billed for half of the remaining/outstanding cost of package total, and additionally, lose membership discounts and benefits.

Mission Statement:
The mission of LunaSol Med Spa is to provide superior medical-grade aesthetic services while educating our clients and engaging them in decisions regarding the health of their skin. Our staff strives to remain at the forefront of education, technology, and research in aesthetics. We will listen to each client's needs and always make him or her feel respected and embraced while offering the highest quality treatments. We will do this in an environment that is relaxing, pampering, friendly and professional. *We want to help others more than just cosmetically - You have a purpose*
Preparing for your treatment:
Come as you are! No make-up or certain attire required. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure the full amount of time for your service.
Referral Policy:
Refer a new client to our practice and receive a $25 credit towards any service on your account after the new client's first treatment is complete. You must use your credit within one year. There is no cash value associated with this credit to your account as it will only be applied toward a service.
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. We will, however, allow them to be transferred to another party.
Refund Policy:
Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot always be guaranteed Clients are responsible for further treatments to receive further results.
Products: We are constantly striving to create an environment founded on excellence, quality and most importantly, the safety of our clients. For this reason, we cannot accept skin care product returns, with exception to clear defects in product packaging, once your purchase had been completed.
