Below is our appointment cancellation policy.

Due to the popularity of our services, we highly recommend you make an advance appointment to reserve your preferred date and time. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.


A credit card is required to hold your appointment(s).


Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than 24hrs notice, will result in full charges of your scheduled appointment cost to your card, or a deduction to your gift certificate. This courtesy enables us to compensate our providers for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.



For early cancellation of membership contracts, clients will be billed for half of the remaining/outstanding cost of package total, and additionally, lose membership discounts and benefits.
